Swiss Racing Team is a non-profit association founded in Geneva by parents of four young drivers pursuing ambitious goals in karting and motorsport.
The association was created to pool resources, structure sporting projects, and reduce the costs linked to developing demanding racing careers.
Through their own journey as racing parents, the founders experienced the karting world from the inside and understood how important it is for families to receive the right guidance from the start.
Swiss Racing Team was built to provide that support with a serious, transparent, and well-organized approach.
At Swiss Racing Team, we believe karting is much more than a sport. It is a school of discipline, commitment, confidence, and personal growth.
Our role is to support drivers and their families by helping them make the right sporting choices, organize test days and race programs, identify the right teams and championships, and build a realistic development path adapted to each driver’s age, level, and objectives.
With the support of experienced international-level coaches and strong technical partners such as CRG and Vaison Racing, SRT can accompany young drivers from their first steps in karting to higher categories such as Formula 4.

We help young drivers discover karting, improve their skills, and progress through structured sporting programs adapted to their level, ambition, and long-term goals.
RACE STRATEGY & SUPPORT
Swiss Racing Team organizes full test days for drivers wishing to discover competitive karting, prepare a season, test categories, or simply enjoy track time in professional conditions. We can provide chassis, engine, tyres, a mechanic, coaching, paddock structure, consumables, fuel, transport logistics, and track fees depending on the program.
SPONSORSHIP & COMMUNICATION
We support drivers in developing their image, communication, and sponsorship opportunities through social media, partner visibility, and fundraising initiatives that help support their racing journey.
